This MATOC acquisition is for construction services in Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia. Task orders will primarily address utility infrastructure, general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work including, but not limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, and environmental remedial work. Project work may also include Force Protection type projects and Design Build projects for various construction and utility infrastructure type projects.
The majority of the construction TOs issued under this IDIQ are expected to be for the following non-exclusive activities: Construction and rehabilitation of health clinics and hospitals Construction and rehabilitation of schools Construction and rehabilitation of municipal and local government buildings Other ancillary small-scale infrastructure, such as water supply, sanitation systems, and access roads Purchase of materials and equipment integral to the operation of specific public facilities
